The deposit is also $1395 which you will get back in October. It is a 9 month lease. Utilities are included except electricity (roughly $25 a month). It is located right opposite CSUN, just off Reseda Blvd and is ideal for 2 or 3 people to share. The apartment complex is great and everyone is super nice.
