Up for auction is a 2002 Yamaha YZF R1 with 11,893 miles. Red and white in color, this bike is all stock except for being geared lower for quicker acceleration. This r1 has been on the dyno where it put down 124.12 rear wheel horsepower, which is right where it should be. Clutch and transmission are in good running condition - this is a fuel injected bike. Tires have approx. 40% tread left front and rear. I have personally put miles on the bike and it runs and handles just as it should. There has been a full inspection completed by our mechanic and the bike is in 100% excellent running condition. There are small scratches on the right and left side of the bike. The stator cover is slightly scratched and there is a small scuff on the right lower. The rear fairing has a piece of red tape over a small area where the bike fell over. I would rate this bike a 9 out of 10, even with the small scratches here and there. Email at hartmode@aol.com.
